“Indo–Russian Strategic and Security Cooperation Towards Prospects of Joint Collaboration” is a book written on the various aspects of strategy and security and their many collaboration prospects. India and Russia have been friends for long and have a very strong bonding since their creation. Initially, India post independence had been dependent on erstwhile USSR due to a bi- polar world with USA the other pole. At that stage, India was growing in all respects, hence needed support, so erstwhile Russia provided the helping hand and advocated our cause. The “Treaty of Friendship” in 1971 was a turning point at that stage just before the Indo-Pak war and also the subsequent Cold war.
